How

Depending on the needs of the organisation and the number of participants, our engagement ranges from three to five days. We engage specialist assessors & functional experts for these specialized interventions. We also coach and utilize in-house resource(s) in a way that they become self-reliant and prepared to scale up without external dependency. Working on a part-advance revenue model, we do exhaustive pre-work and adopt the four-stage O.R.C.E. process.

These AC/DC interventions involve :

Understanding the competency matrix for the job bands / levels
Creating a blueprint of behaviour indicators to set a measure against which displayed competencies are assessed
Constructing the framework, schedule, designing materials, and organising resources for the event
Crafting all relevant simulations and validating their efficacy to run the AC/DC interventions
Training and coaching assessors on the processes for standardization, synchronization and effectiveness. Also, assigning their roles
Designing the time-table and running the event with clockwork precision
Recording observations on BER sheets, classifying & evaluating the BERs, post simulations
Sharing & buy-in of data and facilitating the creation of outcome summary
Formulating the individual development plan by participants & validation
